General Information about Eloy School District Eloy Elementary School District #11 was Originally founded as the Ramirez School District in 1927 It changed to Eloy Elementary School District #11 in 1953. When the Curiel Annex School and Curiel Primary School were built. In 1965 the Eloy Jr. High School was built. And the Eloy Intermediate School was added in 1977. We are Located At
