The Eloy Elementary School District has
already earned a well deserved reputation for academic
excellence. Nevertheless, I am confident that meticulous
research, community support and sheer determination will be
the fuel that propels our 1200 students to even greater
heights in the years ahead.
Our teachers and administrators
continually assess and refine proven learning strategies to
make them even more effective. In turn, this district’s
successes have historically attracted dedicated
professionals of the highest caliber, men and women who
bring fresh ideas and create innovative new programs that
address the needs of our students.
In Eloy, young minds receive challenging instruction in the
three disciplines and have access to cutting-edge
technology. Many participate in athletic programs and clubs
that offer camaraderie and life lessons in addition to
physical and mental challenges. Stir these ingredients
together and you have a recipe for inspired, responsible
citizens who are well equipped to be the leaders of
tomorrow.
It is important to remember that we do
not walk alone. EESD is fortunate to serve a community that
understands the importance of education. Our parents are
encouraged to emphasize learning and set aside time for
their children to read and study. We view our parents as
partners in education.
Business owners, senior citizens and
other community leaders are generous with both their time
and their money, recognizing that the quality of life around
us mirrors what goes on in our neighborhood schools.
With the unpredictable nature of state
funding a constant reality, it is our goal to make every
penny count when addressing the needs of our students. At
the same time, EESD relies on the benevolence of its friends
and supporters
We should be extremely proud of the schools we’ve
established here in Eloy. At the same time, our work is not
done. Only by properly focusing our research, resources and
talents can we carry out our ever-evolving charge of
providing the highest quality educational experience we can
envision for the children of Eloy.
