LEA’s SES timeline and procedures for enrollment (application process) for parents:

 

Eloy Elementary School District will offer two windows of enrollment for SES.  The first window will be during the month of September and the second during the month of January.  Parents are welcomed to attend Vendor Fairs and/ or come to the office to request SES tutoring information and forms.

Please contact Shenetta Osei or Pamela Wortham at 466-2130 for more information.  Eloy Elementary School District will host a SES Provider Fair at the Eloy Intermediate School during the month of August Parenting meeting T.B. A., Parent Teacher Conference on September 29th, 2011 from. 1:00 -6:00 p.m.
